The Pool Series Championship Board will consist of the following individual positions. All members must be 18 years of age or older.
- The Commissioner – Derek McIntosh
- Permanent Members – Dan McIntosh, Eric Parenteau, Cal Cameron, Matt Dick, Jeff Brasok, Ted Traikovski
- Three Members from the Pool Series Championship determined under the following criteria
- Top two all time Pool Series Championship points leaders who are not included in the Permanent Members group
- Top Pool Series Championship Points leader from the previous season who is not included in the Permanent Members group or the top two all time PSC points leaders’ group

RULE CHANGES
For any rule changes or new rules to be put into place for the Pool Series Championship or one of the individual sports pools that is part of the Pool Series Championship the following procedures are to be followed before any rule is implemented into the system
- Full details of the rule change or new rule will be written out in detail and presented to the PSC Board of Directors via e-mail for review
- Each PSC Board member will have a chance to make comments, revisions, or objections to the rule in question
- Once all Board members have made their submissions to the commissioner the responses will be compiled and published to the rest of the PSC Board for review with the proposed new rule or rule change
- A vote will be called. Each Board member will each receive a set of options to vote on. Each Board member will vote on the topic
- The votes will be compiled by the commissioner and the results distributed to the PSC Board where the final decision will be delivered
- If the change or new rule has been accepted, it will be implemented immediately upon the beginning of the next PSC season, or if for a particular sports pool that is part of the PSC, immediately upon the beginning of the next start date for that sports pool
- If the change or new rule has not been accepted it will be filed away with the reasons stated as to why it was not accepted. If the rule change or new rule is brought up again by a member then the file will be opened and quickly reviewed by the PSC Board. The results of the previous vote and the reasons for it not being accepted will also be published
JUDGMENT CALLS
Judgment calls will be brought up to the PSC Board when a questionable event has taken place during the PSC or during one of the sports pools that is part of the PSC
- Anyone who participates in a sports pool that is part of the PSC can ask for a Judgment call to be made
- If the complaint involves any members of the PSC Board, they are immediately excluded from the voting process
- Once a judgment call has been asked for the full details of the request will be written out by the commissioner and documented for review
- The documented review will then be issued to the PSC Board for a chance to make comments regarding the request
- Once all Board members have made their submissions to the commissioner, the comments and the final document will be published to PSC Board for final review
- A vote will be called. Each Board member will each receive a set of options to vote on. Each Board member will vote on the topic
- The votes will be compiled by the commissioner and the results distributed to the PSC Board where the final decision will be delivered
- The individual who filed the complaint will then be notified of the PSC Board decision along with any other parties affected
SUGGESTIONS - IDEAS
As our mission statement indicates for the Pool Series Championship, we are open to any suggestions or ideas. A process has been put into place for any suggestions or ideas that could improve the overall enjoyment of the Pool Series Championship
- Anyone who participates in the PSC is encouraged to submit suggestions or ideas to the Commissioner or one of our Board members
- Any suggestion or idea that is brought forward to the commissioner or Board member will be written out and published to the PSC Board for review
- Once all Board members have made their submissions to the commissioner, the comments and the final document will be published to PSC Board for final review
- A vote will be called. Each Board member will each receive a set of options to vote on. Each Board member will vote on the topic
- The votes will be compiled by the commissioner and the results distributed to the PSC Board where the final decision will be delivered
- The suggestion / Idea, if accepted will be implemented, depending on the magnitude, immediately, or during the next season of the PSC
- If the suggestion / idea, if not accepted will be documented and filed for future reference. The individual who filed the suggestion / idea will then be notified by the commissioner of the outcome and the reasons behind the decision
SPORTS POOL TRIAL RUN
To help expand the impact of our Pool Series Championship and to look at the possibilities of adding other sports pools to our list of Pool Series Championship events a full review of each potential pool will be reviewed by the Pool Series Championship Board
- The new proposed sports pool will be designed and developed by the commissioner. This will include scoring, point’s breakdown, delivery format, stats format, entry and draft considerations etc
- A trial run will then be put together to simulate the sports pool under review. Part of this trial run should include score page format, season format, logo format, scheduling proposals
- Once the trial run has been completed a written review of the sports pool will be compiled and issued to the PSC Board
- Once all Board members have made their submissions to the commissioner, the comments and the final document will be published to PSC Board for final review
- A vote will be called. Each Board member will each receive a set of options to vote on. Each Board member will vote on the topic
- The votes will be compiled by the commissioner and the results distributed to the PSC Board where the final decision will be delivered
- If approved the commissioner will include the new sport pool in the next PSC season
- If not approved then the outcome will be filed for future reference
