INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the exciting world of the NCAA Final Four Pool, or March Madness. The format we have is easy to play. All you have to do is select 8 teams in the tournament (based on some rough guidelines) and watch how they do throughout the tournament. You will gain points for wins and for upset matches as well as the possibility of losing points due to upset games

DRAFT INSTRUCTIONS

The NCAA Final Four Pool uses an overall list of the 64 teams selected for the March Madness tournament according to the NCAA Tournament selection committee. Please note that there are 1st round games played to determine the last 4 teams who will enter the tournament, these games are not part of our pool. After signing up, each person in the pool will have to select their teams as follows:

The trick though is as follows. You must pick only one team from the following categories

You will have 8 teams when it is all said and done, but you get to choose those eight teams yourself

SCORING

FIRST ROUND WIN 1 POINT
SECOND ROUND WIN 2 POINTS
THIRD ROUND WIN 3 POINTS
FOURTH ROUND WIN 4 PTS
FIFTH ROUND WIN 5 POINTS
CHAMPIONSHIP WIN 6 POINTS
UPSET POINTS WINNER EXAMPLE: 15th Rank defeats 2nd Rank Team 15 - 2 = 13 + 1 pt (First Round Win) = 14 Points
UPSET POINTS LOSER EXAMPLE: 2nd Rank defeated by 15th Rank Team 2 - 15 = -13 Points

HOW TO WIN

Statistics will be kept on total points accumulated during the tournament. Individual with the highest score will be the winner. Cash prizes will be handed out to the top finishers in the pool depending on how many have participated
